Pushing Toward a Goal

From February 2024 to August 2024, I followed a strict regimen leading up to my 40th birthday. I wanted to be in the best shape possible and even planned a photoshoot. I was lifting weights six days a week, doing fasted cardio seven days a week, and living in a major calorie deficit.

Did I hit my goal? Absolutely. I looked amazing. But afterward, I had to scale back. I took two months almost completely off. With two minor tears in my elbow and tendonitis in my knee, my body needed the break. I stopped following a strict meal plan and shifted to intuitive eating.

Discovering MAKE Peptides

In October 2024, I was introduced to MAKE peptides. I actually became an affiliate before I even tried the products. As a functional health coach, I already understood the value of root-cause solutions, but I was blown away by the science and the doctors explaining how these peptides work.

I added in all six products without changing my intuitive eating style. At the time, I was only working out about three times a week. By February 2025, I did another photoshoot — and I had maintained my muscle while staying lean.
